I’m an online shopper for the first time, is it safe out there?
Absolutely, nothing to be worried about. We have bunches of super nerdy encryption thingmos in place so that your payment is secure and your details remain ‘secret squirrel’. For the techno geeks out there – we us the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
The photo I posted on Facebook isn't showing up on the website :(
Unfortunaltey, it's Facebook's settings that allow a photo to be posted on our website. Try changing your settings:
Go to your Privacy Settings:
- Click on the little arrow next to home in the top right hand corner.
- Click on 'Privacy Settings'.
- Next to 'Apps and Websites' click on edit settings.
- Next to 'How people bring your info to apps they use'.
- Click on 'Edit Settings'.
- Make sure the 'My Photos' box is ticked.
- Click on 'Save Changes'.
This has worked for a number of the girls. Happy #tagging!
I want to post millions of photos but don't want to fill up my friends news feeds, can I do something to stop this from happening?
I know a lot of girls are reluctant to post lots of photos here because they don't want them blasting out to every person on their Facebook friend list. Good news! I think we have worked out how to do it. You can use Facebook AS A PAGE, not as a person (which is of course what I do!) So follow the simple steps below and in no time you' can post pics here and no one else can see them except other little sharklets! (Thanks OC)
Step 1 - Go to any fan page.
Step 2 - Top right hand corner "Create a page".
Step 3 - Get creative and pick a category.
Step 4 - Choose another category from the drop down box and tick the box and click "get started".
Step 5 - Next to "home" on the menu bar on the top right hand side is a down arrow, click it and then "use facebook as page".
Step 6 - Smash the Black Milk fan page with photos you've been holding back because you don't want your stalker friends to see them.
A lot of girls are already doing this today I notice. Yay for anonymity!

Australia:
As soon as they’re ready, we’ll send them via Australia Post Express or Fastway Couriers.
Please remember that most of our gear is made to order especially for you, so delivery time is based on when it is manufactured. Your patience is appreciated. :)
Stocked items: 1-3 working days
Custom made or not in stock: 8-10 working days
International:
Choose ‘standard’ or ‘express’ services.
Standard: This goes through Australia Post and is NOT trackable. Your gear should appear in about 1 to 3 weeks. Keep in mind if you choose this option and your package goes MIA, there’s not much we can do about it and we can't be held liable.
Express: Costs a bit more, but hey – it’s FedEx’d and fully trackable. Your stuff will arrive in about 4-7 working days (for stocked items). We suggest giving a work address cos they’ll usually deliver between the hours of 9-5 and request an autograph. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick up.
Duties: Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees.
Confirmation
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email confirmation. Make sure you check your friend/foe filters on your email so ‘orders@blackmilkclothing.com’ doesn’t end up in the land of spam.

I’m freaking out – where’s my order?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email and you really think your order might have disappeared into a Black(Milk)Hole, send us an email hello@blackmilkclothing.com and we’ll look into it. If you’re just freaking out cos you’re impatient though, have a rancho relaxo and click here. Funny, right?
My mouse is loaded, it’s hovering over the refresh button and my index finger is at the ready – where do I go to track my order?
Check your confirmation of postage email, you’ll find the details in there. Don’t get RSI though… it’ll make it hard to look through our latest stuff.

Returns and exchanges – what’s the dealio?
All items must be returned back to us within 21 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. Please note that custom orders can not be returned, or refunded. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in the post.
We only offer store credits or refunds for returned items. If you are wanting to exchange your items, you will be given a store credit which you will be able to use towards your next order :)
Please be aware that your new order will be processed through as per normal, and we cannot fast track any new orders processed :( sorry.
This is only so that we can process all returns as fast and efficiently as possible for you :)

Where’s the gear designed and made?
All Black Milk stuff is designed and made on a teeny tiny island called ‘Australia’, you may have heard of it. Sometimes we source materials from overseas, but our courier Kangaroos make sure it all arrives safe and sound.
Custom orders – what’s the story? Can I do it?
We get that Black Milk lovers come in all shapes and sizes, so if you need a bit more length here or a bit less length there, we can do that. It’s $20 AUD extra per order and keep in mind, you can’t return it.
To make a custom order:
- Find the item you want and add the nearest size to your cart.
- When you check out, view the item in your cart and select the ‘custom order’ button. Write your request in the new box, e.g. “Please make legs 2 inches longer” or what not. The more specific you can get with measurements and stuff, the better job our designers can do.
- Please note: We can’t do custom orders on the printed collection sorry

Sizing… what size do I get? What should I do? I’m a size X in whatever brand… but I dunno… EEEEEEKKK, help!
Well, check out our pretty easy Sizing Chart to get a good indication. Fellow Black Milk lovers on Facebook are also pretty swift and reply if they think they’re a similar size to you. If you have any specific questions, email us at hello@blackmilkclothing.com
Remember our fabrics are stretchy so offers some flexibility with sizing.
Sold out? SOLD OUT? Bbbbut… wha?
Sorry, sometimes it happens. You love something a lot, but a lot of other people loved it a lot, and then it was gone. We’re sorry it makes you a sad panda. But if it says ‘Sold Out’, it means we won’t have it back in the immediate future. Maybs we ran out of fabric. Maybe we just got bored of seeing it. Maybs it was just not meant to be. But MAYBE, it’ll be back one day… so keep checking back and crossing your fingers.
I snagged a sale bargain but I think I want to return it… can I?

Can I change or cancel my order?

I’m getting an error when trying to place an order… what do I do?!?
First and foremost… remember to breathe. Cos if you don’t, you’ll faint and then it’ll take even longer to get your Black Milk order, and that’s no good.
Secondly, check you’ve filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info.
Still no worky? It might be the computer system. Be patient and remember, computers are people too. Email us at hello@blackmilkclothing.com and we’ll see if we can track down the problem.
